The present invention relates to complex floating wetland equipment including an otter habitat, a land area, an inclined plane, a first underwater spawning ground, a second underwater spawning ground, and a perch. Thus, otters and birds may sufficiently obtain prey, and fish may access spawning grounds having adequate spawning characteristics. As a result, otters, fish, and birds may cohabitate together. Also, the complex floating wetland equipment may include a frame that is manufactured by using only wood for providing buoyancy or by using stainless steel for strength reinforcement and wood for providing buoyancy, in which case a small amount of polyethylene foam may be required. As a result, the complex floating wetland equipment may be simplified in structure. In addition, the wood frame itself may provide the spawning grounds for fish.
