The present invention is to provide a complex massage machine for eyes and a nose, which is capable of performing massage functions both on the vicinity of eyes and the inside of a nose. That is, the present invention comprises: an eye massage main body (1) comprising a cushion eye pad 10 provided with fixing bands (11, 11') at the opposite sides thereof so as to surround eyes, a housing (20) installed to maintain the shape of the cushion eye pad (10), and a control unit (30) which is installed inside the housing 20 and formed to provide the cushion eye pad (10) with massage functions such as vibration, warming, and air pressing; a rhinitis treatment means (2) which is connected to be interlocked with the eye massage main body (1) and inserted into a nose to provide a warming massage function; and a remote control (3) which is connected to the control unit (30) so as to remotely control the functions of the eye massage main body (1) and the rhinitis treatment means (2). The present invention further comprises a terminal portion (23), to which the rhinitis treatment means (2) is connected, on one side of the eye massage main body (1). When the complex massage machine for eyes and a nose according to the present invention is used, eye fatigue can be reduced, and warming and hot pack effects can be provided to the inside of a nose, thereby improving a rhinitis treatment effect.
