Abstract:
A component arrangement state establishment unit (30) creates component arrangement state information including storage information pertaining to components (2) stored at a collection and distribution base (1). A component-to-be-purchased determination unit (40) determines components to be purchased, said determination taking place on the basis of the component arrangement state information and necessary component information obtained on the basis of production plan information for a product and component constitution information for components constituting the product. A component arrangement plan processing unit (90) creates a component arrangement plan for arranging the components to be purchased at the collection and distribution base, the component arrangement plan being created on the basis of information pertaining to the components to be purchased, the component arrangement state information, collection and distribution base information, and facility information.
