Abstract:

A component diagnosis device according to the present disclosure comprises: a collection unit for collecting, from a communication device mounted in an air conditioner, both working data that relates to working of the air conditioner and includes component-related information, including a condition under which a component included in the air conditioner moves, and component movement data indicating an integrated value obtained through integration in accordance with movement of the component; an accumulation unit for accumulating the component-related information and component movement data collected by the collection unit in association with one another; and a diagnosis unit for totaling integrated values for the component for each condition based on the component-related information accumulated by the accumulation unit and diagnosing the service life of the component on the basis of the totaled integrated values for the component for each condition.
