Abstract:
This component exchanging system comprises: an operation unit that includes a moving platform on which there are arranged a plurality of exchange support parts that support component supply tools which are exchanged among supply support parts of a component supply unit; and a control unit that controls the operation unit. The control unit performs setting processing, retrieval processing, and replenishment processing. In the setting processing, the control unit sets the positions on the moving platform of, among the plurality of exchange support parts, a retrieval destination exchange support part that retrieves a retrieval-target component supply tool, and a replenishment source exchange support part that supports a replenishment-target component supply tool. In the retrieval processing, the control unit moves the moving platform such that the retrieval destination exchange support part faces a retrieval source supply support part that supports the retrieval-target component supply tool. In the replenishment processing, the control unit moves the moving platform such that the replenishment source exchange support part faces the retrieval source supply support part.
