Abstract:
This component mounting machine comprises: a head main body movably supported on a base; a raising/lowering member that is supported on the head main body in a raisable/lowerable manner; a component holding unit that is movably supported in the vertical direction by the raising/lowering member, and holds a component; an elastic body that is interposed between the raising/lowering member and the component holding unit and holds the component holding unit at a reference position with respect to the raising/lowering member; a detecting unit that detects that the component holding unit resists an urging force of the elastic member and moves relative to the raising/lowering member from the reference position to a predetermined position; and a regulating unit that performs control for suspending the detection by the detecting unit during a predetermined acceleration period when a raising/lowering operation of the raising/lowering member has been started.
