Abstract:

This component mounting system is provided with: a group of component mounters; a storage unit in which a plurality of production jobs are stored; and a grouping execution unit which, when grouping a plurality of production jobs, allocates production jobs of which the commonality of the types of components included in each of the production jobs satisfies a predetermined determination standard to the same group. The groups are set such that, when the production jobs belonging to the same group are processed, batch replacement of pallets of the respective component mounters is not performed and individual replacement of component supply devices is performed, and such that, when production jobs belonging to different groups are processed, batch replacement of the pallets of the respective component mounters is performed and individual replacement of the component supply devices is not performed.
