Abstract:
A component supply device according to the present invention comprises a component receiver member (480) that has formed therein a first-posture component body accommodating recess portion (496) conforming to the shape of a component, and a second-posture component body accommodating recess portion (498) having a recess portion of the same shape as the first-posture component body accommodating recess portion rotated by 180 degrees, and overlapping with a part of the first-posture component body accommodating recess portion. Thus, a component held by a component holder can be placed on the first-posture component body accommodating recess portion and/or the second-posture component body accommodating recess portion. Accordingly, a component having various postures can be placed on the component receiver member. In addition, a component mounting device according to the present invention informs a control device on the component mounting device side about information indicating the posture of the component placed on the component receiver member. Accordingly, the component holder on the component mounting device side can appropriately hold the component from the component receiver member on the basis of the information indicating the posture of the component placed on the component receiver member.
