Abstract:
A component supply device 1 that supplies, to a component extraction position P, a component 105 that is stored on a component storage tape 100 that travels toward a component exposure part 40. The component storage tape 100 is guided by a tape guide 30. The tape guide 30 includes a guide main body 31 and first and second positioning guide members 36, 37. The guide main body 31 of the tape guide 30 has a pair of side wall parts 311 that demarcate a fourth tape travel path 12B that is wider than the maximum allowable width of the component storage tape 100. The first and second positioning guide members 36, 37 of the tape guide 30 have first and second bending parts 363, 373 that function as a pair of tape side-surface guide parts that guide side surfaces of the component storage tape 100. The first and second bending parts 363, 373 are separated from each other by a distance that is shorter than the width of the fourth tape travel path 12B.
