Abstract:
Disclosed are a composite bulletproof insertion plate and a preparation method therefor. The composite bulletproof insertion plate comprises a PE laminated plate, an aramid cloth piece transition layer, bulletproof ceramics and an aramid cloth piece crack-stopping layer, which are sequentially arranged from a back plate to a bullet-receiving panel, wherein the PE laminated plate, the aramid cloth piece transition layer, the bulletproof ceramics and the aramid cloth piece crack-stopping layer are fixedly connected by means of an adhesive; and the adhesive is selected from and one or more of an adhesive film, a single-component pressure-sensitive adhesive and a two-component epoxy resin adhesive. In the composite bulletproof insertion plate of the present invention, one or more of a single-component pressure-sensitive adhesive, an adhesive film and a two-component epoxy resin adhesive is/are used as the adhesive, such that the optimal bonding effect can be achieved, and the bulletproof performance of a composite bulletproof insertion plate finished product can also be ensured.
