Abstract:
Provided is a composite electric wire comprising a shielded electric wire provided with a film-form metallic shield, in which the metallic shield can be electrically connected to an external potential such as a ground potential while ensuring the strength of the metallic shield against an external force, even without using a drain wire or a special shield member. The composite electric wire 1 comprises: a shielded electric wire 10 including one or more insulating electric wires 11, and a film-form metallic shield covering the outer circumference of the one or more insulating electric wires 11; a lead wire 20; and a fixing member 30 that fixes the lead wire 20 to the shielded electric wire 10. The metallic shield includes a covering portion 14a that covers the outer circumference of the shielded electric wire 10. The lead wire 20 overlaps with the covering portion 14a and has continuity with the metallic shield. The fixing member 30 pushes the overlapping covering portion 14a and lead wire 20 inwardly in the radial direction of the shielded electric wire 10 so as to fix the covering portion 14a and the lead wire 20 to the shielded electric wire 10.
