Provided is a composite fiber comprising first fiber formation member formed of a material having a volume resistivity of 5×10-6 to 5×106 Ωm or a material of a semiconductor or a semimetal and a second fiber formation member containing a ceramic, the first fiber formation member and the second fiber formation member being next to each other to form a fiber body.
