Abstract:
Disclosed is a composite gasification and combustion system for pulverized biomass, the system comprising an upright mixing tower (1) and a horizontal combustion furnace (2), wherein the centre of the top of the mixing tower (1) is provided with a pulverized biomass inlet (11), the bottom of the mixing tower (1) is connected at the middle of an upper end of the combustion furnace (2), and the bottom of the combustion furnace (2) is provided with a reciprocating grate (22); a flow equalising chamber (3) is further provided in the mixing tower (1), the pulverized biomass inlet (11) is in communication with the flow equalising chamber (3), side walls of the flow equalising chamber (3) are all provided with several through holes (31), all the through holes (31) are in communication with an inner chamber of the mixing tower (1); and a side wall of the mixing tower (1) is successively further provided with a first air inlet duct (12), a petroleum coke powder inlet duct (13) and a second air inlet duct (14) at intervals from top to bottom, the first air inlet duct (12) being in communication with the flow equalising chamber (3), and the petroleum coke powder inlet duct (13) and the second air inlet duct (14) being in communication with the inner chamber of the mixing tower (1). The system has a simple structure, and the pulverized biomass combustion and gasification efficiency is greatly increased.
