Abstract:
Armature coils (11) are wound on a field piece (rotator), exciting poles (stator) and a ferromagnetic core supporting the portion between the exciting poles so as to create a magnetic flux circuit by an exciting coil (10) between armature coils. Rotation of the field piece is induced by the excitation of the exciting poles, the magnetic flux passing inside the core causes electromagnetic induction of the armature coils by the magnetic charge m which that the field piece has and the exciting poles, and the intensity H of the magnetic field produces a passing alternating magnetic flux. The generator has a structure to generate power by winding armature coils and inducing an induction electromotive voltage. By utilizing a circulating magnetic flux passing through the core, the drawback of the conventional slot shapes is solved, the armature reaction to the induced magnetic poles can be extremely reduced. The magnetic flux passing through the core is produced by the product of the number of coils and the inputted current, and a decrease of the passing magnetic field can be suppressed by decreasing the circulating magnetic resistance wherever possible. The number of components is small, and a mass-production system is possible. From the relation between the electric load and the magnetic load, called for an electric product, this generator is a copper machine, thus extremely decreasing the voltage drop and making an inexpensive product.
