Abstract:
A composite heating hole opening process and device for coating. The process comprises the following steps: placing, into a first heating region (11) of a drying chamber (1), a metal substrate (2) having slurry coated on the surface, and conveying same along the length direction of the first heating region (11), wherein the first heating region (11) enables the metal substrate (2) to generate self-heating; conveying, to a second heating region (12) of the drying chamber (1), the metal substrate (2) passing through the first heating region (11), wherein the second heating region (12) enables the metal substrate (2) and the slurry coated thereon to generate self-heating; and then conveying, to a third heating region (13) of the drying chamber (1), the metal substrate (2) passing through the second heating region (12) until drying is completed. The first heating region (11) comprises an alternating magnetic field. The second heating region (12) comprises an alternating magnetic field and a microwave heating component (121). The device comprises the drying chamber (1) provided with an inlet (3) for allowing the metal substrate (2) to enter and an outlet (4) through which the metal substrate (2) penetrates. The drying chamber (1) comprises the first heating region (11), the second heating region (12), and the third heating region (13). The second heating region (12) is provided with the microwave heating component (121) and a second electromagnetic heating component (122). The microwave heating component (121) and the second electromagnetic heating component (122) are both located at the top and bottom in the drying chamber (1), and are evenly arranged at intervals in the second heating region (12). According to the process and the device, the heating region of the drying chamber is divided more finely, and uniform heating and coating are performed by means of a method of combining a plurality of heating modes, thereby guaranteeing the overall drying of the coating and the consistency of the coating and drying.
