A composite layer (120), a flexible display screen (100), and a terminal. The flexible display (100) comprises a flexible display panel (110), a rollable support structure (130), and a composite layer (120), the composite layer (120) being located between the support structure (130) and the flexible display panel (110). A graphical metal layer (121) in the composite layer (120) is used to support the flexible display panel (110), thus ensuring the flatness of the display surface of the flexible display panel (110). By providing a hollow area (S1) in the metal layer (121), the bendability of the composite layer (120) is ensured. By providing an anisotropic film (122) in the hollow area (S1), the elastic modulus of the anisotropic film (122) in the direction of rolling is small, thereby absorbing the stress and strain caused by rolling so as to implement a rolling characteristic, and the elastic modulus of the anisotropic film (122) in the thickness direction and the width direction is large, so as to implement rigid support of the flexible display panel (110), thereby reducing the deformation of the display surface.
