Abstract:
In order to provide a composite material and an electromagnetic wave absorber molded therefrom, whereby excellent electromagnetic wave absorption function can be exhibited, and in which a decrease in the mechanical characteristics of the electromagnetic wave absorber can be suppressed, the present invention is: a composite material containing one type of thermoplastic resin and an electroconductive filler which is contained in a dispersed state in the thermoplastic resin, a portion A and a portion B having different electroconductive filler content ratios being mixed in the composite material, and the ratio of the electroconductive filler content ratio of the portion A to the electroconductive filler content ratio of the portion B being greater than 1.0; and an electromagnetic wave absorber molded from the composite material.
