Abstract:
A composite material injection molding method, comprising: preheating a first material matrix (5); obtaining an injection parameter, and according to the injection parameter, synchronously injecting a second material into a composite surface (3) and a non-composite surface (4) of the first material matrix (5), so that the second material is compounded with the first material matrix (5) to form a pre-injection molded member; performing annealing treatment on the pre-injection molded member; and removing the second material on the non-composite surface (4) of the pre-injection molded member after the annealing treatment to obtain a composite injection molded member. According to the method, the injection parameter is set, and the second material is simultaneously injected into the composite surface (3) and the non-composite surface (4) at the inner and outer sides of the first material matrix (5) according to the injection parameter, so that the pressure borne by the two sides of the first material matrix (5) from the second material is always kept balanced, thereby ensuring that the first material matrix (5) does not crack during injection molding.
