Abstract:
A composite material permanent magnet synchronous electric motor, comprising a composite material shell (1), wherein a permanent magnet outer rotor (4) is arranged inside the composite material shell (1); a stator (2) is arranged in the permanent magnet outer rotor (4) in a penetrating manner; and air gaps (5), which are arranged with gaps in a one-to-one correspondence manner, are provided in the gaps between the stator (2) and the composite material shell (1) and between the stator (2) and the permanent magnet outer rotor (4). Compared with the prior art, the composite material permanent magnet synchronous electric motor improves the output torque of an electric motor with the same power, improves the power-to-weight ratio of the electric motor, and improves the power density; and by means of using a composite material, the weight of the permanent magnet synchronous electric motor is reduced, and the mechanical strength thereof is improved.
