Abstract:
Provided is a composite material, comprising a skin layer and a core layer, wherein the skin layer is composed of a component A, and the core layer is composed of a component B. The component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-60 parts of polyhydroxyalkanoate and 0.1-2 parts of a nucleating agent; and the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-95 parts of nylon and 5-20 parts of PHA. The component A has the advantages of being dyeable and completely biodegradable, and the component B has the advantages of high toughness and high strength; the two are made into composite filaments with a skin-core structure, which solves the the problems of low toughness of existing PHA materials and difficult degradation of the nylon materials. The composite material provided by the present invention can be continuously spun into yarns to be used as a textile material, and the prepared textile has good softness and strength.
