Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composite material sheet manufacturing apparatus using a thermoplastic resin, the apparatus comprising: an outer sheet supply unit for supplying a first outer sheet and a second outer sheet; a resin supply unit for supplying a resin onto each of the first outer sheet and the second outer sheet; an inner sheet supply unit for supplying an inner sheet between the first outer sheet and the second outer sheet; and a pressure roller unit configured to receive the first outer sheet, the second outer sheet, the resin, and the inner sheet and integrally bond the first outer sheet, the second outer sheet, the resin, and the inner sheet through pressing, thereby molding same into a composite material sheet. According to the present invention as described above, the sheet manufacturing apparatus is provided with a resin supply unit in the form of an extruder, and thus can advantageously produce a composite material sheet by using a thermoplastic resin extruded from the resin supply unit. In addition, the sheet manufacturing apparatus configured to supply various types of sheets and resins can advantageously produce various composite material sheets according to required characteristics.
