Abstract:
The present invention provides a composite material with an enhanced interface and an application thereof. The composite material comprises a substrate and a thin film layer; the surface of the substrate is provided with micro-nano-scale recess structures; the surface of the substrate with the recess structures is attached to the thin film layer. The composite material provided in the present invention has better ability to resist generation of cracks during bending, the abrasion resistance is good, the residual stress is small, and the service life is long. The composite material is applicable to fields such as substrates of Blue light LED devices, flexible circuit boards, OLEDs or QLED packages, windshield glass, airframes, or automobile bodies.
