Abstract:
Provided is a composite material with a ultra-high dielectric constant. The material is an oxide composite material formed from an n-type semiconducting metal oxide and a p-type semiconducting metal oxide having a pn junction, and the relative dielectric constant thereof is 105 or more. The preparation method of the composite material with a ultra-high dielectric constant comprises applying a physical or chemical method to a p-type semiconducting metal oxide powder and an n-type semiconducting oxide powder, and forming a pn junction between a p-type oxide particle and an n-type oxide particle. The oxide particles having a pn junction are pressed or sintered to form a composite material with an ultra-high dielectric constant.
