Abstract:
Provided is a composite moulded body which has both an excellent tensile strength when pulled in the direction parallel to a joint surface of a metal moulded body and a resin moulded body, and an excellent tensile strength when pulled in the direction orthogonal to the joint surface of the metal moulded body and the resin moulded body. With respect to the composite moulded body in which the metal moulded body and the resin moulded body are joined, the metal moulded body has a roughened joint surface, and the surface section of the metal moulded body including the roughened joint surface has open holes (30) each comprising: a stem hole (32) which is formed in the thickness direction, and has an opening section (31) at the joint surface side; and a branch hole (33) formed from the inner wall surface of the stem hole (32), and in a different direction to the stem hole (32). The composite moulded body is joined in a state in which resin has been poured into the open holes (30) formed in the joint surface of the metal moulded body.
