COMPOSITE NANOMATERIAL CONTAINING SELENIUM-DOPED MXENE AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed are a composite nanomaterial containing a selenium-doped MXene, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding an MXene and an organic selenium source to a dispersant according to a mass ratio of 1∶1-10, and stirring the same to obtain a dispersant having a concentration of 1-100 mg/ml; (2) transferring the dispersant to a reactor, raising the temperature to 100-200°C, reacting for 10-30 hours, and passively cooling the same to room temperature; (3) using a cleaning agent to clean the product obtained in step (2), performing centrifugation, collecting sediments, and performing vacuum drying for 6-20 hours; (4) placing a sample obtained in step (3) in a tubular furnace and calcining, introducing a protection gas, heating to 300-1000°C for 2-8 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a selenium-doped MXene composite nanomaterial. The material of the present invention has a high specific surface area, favorable conductivity, cycle stability and rate performance, and a high theoretical specific capacity.
