Disclosed are a composite nonwoven fabric and an article. The disclosed composite nonwoven fabric comprises: a first spunbond nonwoven fabric layer; a first meltblown nonwoven fabric layer disposed on the first spunbond nonwoven fabric layer; a second meltblown nonwoven fabric layer disposed on the first meltblown nonwoven fabric layer; and a second spunbond nonwoven fabric layer disposed on the second meltblown nonwoven fabric layer.
