Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite composition of 2-methoxyestradiol and Chir99021 for the treatment of fibrosis. The composition according to the present invention inhibits collagen deposition and inflammatory response, and prevents the fibrosis of blood vessels and tissue damage, and thus has excellent preventive and therapeutic effects on fibrosis.
