A composite plate, comprising a first plate (5) and a second plate (16). Stripes (14) are formed on a first side surface of the first plate, a first side surface of the second plate is connected to the first side surface of the first plate by means of rolling, and the stripes that the distance between every two adjacent stripes is 0.005 to 0.03 mm account for more than 90% of the total number of stripes. Also disclosed is a composite plate texturing device, comprising at least one texturing friction roller (3). Further disclosed is a composite plate manufacturing method. Texturing treatment is performed on the first side surface of the first plate and/or the second plate, so that stripes are formed on the first side surface of the first plate and/or the first side surface of the second plate; and rolling areas of the first plate and the second plate are increased, so that the composite plate obtained by compounding the first plate and the second plate is high in bonding strength and firm in bonding.
