Abstract:
A composite power supply EPS energy dynamic control system and method; first acquiring the real-time working current of a vehicle electrical appliance (other than a steering motor and a super-capacitor); by means of the current steering wheel torque and the vehicle speed, calculating a target current of the steering motor; and, by means of the difference between the rated current of a generator and the sum of the aforementioned two currents, determining the charge and discharge states of the super-capacitor. When the super-capacitor is charging, putting the generator in an optimal working range by means of dynamic adjustment of the charging current and, on the basis of the current super-capacitor SOC, limiting the maximum charging current thereof; and when the super-capacitor is discharging, putting the generator in an optimal working range by means of dynamic adjustment of the discharging current and, on the basis of the current super-capacitor SOC, limiting the maximum discharging current thereof. The charge and discharge control policy of a super-capacitor designed based on the present method can make the generator be in or as close as possible to an optimal working range in any working state whilst satisfying an EPS usage function, thereby enhancing the efficiency of energy conversion and reducing energy consumption.
