Abstract:
A composite reinforced plastic flooring comprising a hot pressed wear-resistant layer (1), a decorative layer (2), a stone-plastic substrate layer (3), and a balancing layer (4) in a downward order, the stone-plastic substrate layer (3) comprising polyvinyl chloride. Also provided is a manufacturing process for the flooring, comprising material preparation, fast heating and mixing, slow cooling and mixing, initial molding, thickness setting, air cooling, cutting, stacking, hot pressing, slicing and grooving. The flooring has great stability in terms of size, inexpensive production costs, and great scratch resistance.
