Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a composite sensor that can correct sensor sensitivity information with high accuracy. A composite sensor (1) comprises angular velocity detection elements (11)-(13), acceleration detection elements (21)-(23), and a control circuit (100). The control circuit (100) has acceleration averaging units (151)-(153), a determination processing unit (130) that determines whether an application state is in effect, an acceleration offset quantity calculation unit (161), an acceleration correction unit (162) that applies an acceleration correction signal (Ac) to an acceleration average signal (A0) and outputs a corrected acceleration signal (Aa), a signal processing unit (170) that outputs a quaternion signal (Q0) which is based on an angular velocity signal (ωr) and the corrected acceleration signal (Aa), and an acceleration calculation unit (180) that calculates acceleration information from the quaternion signal (Q0). The acceleration offset quantity calculation unit (161) calculates the acceleration correction signal (Ac) for for when the application state is in effect on the basis of the acceleration information from when the application state is not in effect.
