Abstract:
A composite sheet (11) is provided with: a thermally conductive sheet (12); a first insulating sheet (13) that covers one surface of the thermally conductive sheet (12); and a second insulating sheet (14) that covers the other surface of the thermally conductive sheet (12) and that seals the thermally conductive sheet (12) between said second insulating sheet (14) and the first insulating sheet (13). The thermally conductive sheet (12) comprises a first through hole (15). The composite sheet (11) comprises an insulating multilayer section (18) that seals the inner wall surface (17) of the first through hole (15) and in which the first insulating sheet (13) and the second insulating sheet (14) are layered. The insulating multilayer section (18) comprises a second through hole (16) having a smaller hole diameter than the hole diameter of the first through hole (15) on the inner side of the first through hole (15).
