Abstract:
A composite sheet (1) for protective-film formation which comprises: a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (2) comprising a base (21) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (22) superposed on one surface thereof; a protective-film-forming film (3) superposed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (22) side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (2); and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (4) for a jig, the layer (4) being superposed on the peripheral part of the protective-film-forming film (3) that is on the reverse side from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (2). The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (22) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (2) has a thickness of 1-8 μm. Thus, the composite sheet (1) for protective-film formation can be effectively inhibited from sagging in a heating step and a cooling step, and dicing and pick-up can be satisfactorily conducted due to the sheet (1).
