Abstract:
A composite structure of tempered glass and plastic part and a preparation method therefor. The composite structure comprises a tempered glass layer (90), two sides of peripheral edges of the tempered glass layer (90) being coated with plastic layers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step I, printing or spraying, at the junctions of the tempered glass layer (90) and the plastic layers, the surfaces of the tempered glass layer (90) with a glass paint or a gloss oil as a bridging agent, and then spraying or printing, on the surface of the bridging agent, a binder that binds to an injected plastic material, the binder being a binder for IML process; and step II, placing the tempered glass layer (90) in an injection mold for injection molding. A bonding layer (94) is used to achieve the bonding of the tempered glass layer (90) and the plastic layers. In addition, the coated structure achieves the combination of the plastic layers and the tempered glass layer (90), achieving a high strength connection of same. An identification layer designed with a pattern or LOGO can be further applied on the surface of the tempered glass layer (90) so as to obtain a product having an exquisite design, increasing the practical application of the product.
