Abstract:
The present invention provides an inorganic powder which is capable of imparting a cosmetic preparation with good textures, in particular, softness and smoothness equivalent to or better than the softness and smoothness imparted by resin beads. A composite surface-treated inorganic powder according to the present invention is obtained by surface treating a base material powder, which is mainly composed of an inorganic material, with a cationic surfactant and a higher aliphatic alcohol.
