Abstract:
A composite-type vapor chamber and manufacturing method therefor. The composite-type vapor chamber comprises first and second cover plates and a cavity (3); support structures and a sintered powder wick structure (4) are provided inside the cavity (3); a concave trough is provided on the covered face of the first cover plate (1), forming the cavity (3); the support structures are convex protrusions (8) integrally formed with the first cover plate (1) by means of sheet metal stamping; the height of the convex protrusions (8) is less than the depth of the concave trough; the sintered powder wick structure (4) is closely attached to the covered face of the second cover plate (2); a mesh wick structure (5) is arranged between the convex protrusions (8) and the sintered powder wick structure (4); the first and second cover plates are both provided with extensions (91, 92) extending out from a side; the extension (91) of the first cover plate (1) is provided with a liquid injection channel (10) that is in communication with the cavity (3); a gas extraction and liquid injection port (6) is provided on the extension (92) of the second cover plate (2) and is in communication with the liquid injection channel (10) and the cavity (3); the vapor chamber has a thickness of 0.3mm-50mm.
