Abstract:
In one aspect, the present invention relates to a composition for accelerating hair restoration or hair growth, containing 21-O-angeloyltheasapogenol E3 as an active ingredient. In another aspect, the present invention relates to a composition comprising 21-O-angeloyltheasapogenol E3, characterized by accelerating hair papilla cell proliferation and hair growth in the hair follicle organ of a human body, thereby shortening the cycle of transitioning from the telogen stage to the anagen stage during the growth cycle. Because the composition according to one aspect of the present invention uses a natural plant material, the composition has a good stability and thus can be used as a skin preparation for external use, and can be widely used as a cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food composition.
