Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for alleviating, preventing or treating muscle diseases. The composition of the present invention includes dioscin as an active ingredient, and thus is more effective in alleviating, preventing, and treating muscle diseases through muscle strengthening, especially those accompanied by muscle atrophy or sarcopenia.
