The present invention relates to the technical field of food, and disclosed thereby are a composition beneficial for regulating the intestinal tract, promoting digestion and improving constipation, and a preparation method therefor, which may effectively maintain human body and intestinal tract health. The composition beneficial for regulating the intestinal tract, promoting digestion and improving constipation described in the present invention comprises the following components: 450-850 parts of a dairy product, 10-70 parts of refined vegetable oil, 40-200 parts of dietary fiber, 0.1-2 parts of fish oil powder, 5-30 parts of hemp seed extract, 5-30 parts of Chinese dwarf cherry seed extract, 0.1-2 parts of apricot kernel extract, 0.1-2 parts of hawthorn extract, 0.5-5 parts of lactic acid bacteria, and 4-20 parts of vitamins and minerals. The present invention is mainly applied to the preparation of dairy products, cereal foods, beverages, health-care foods or formula foods for medical use.
