Abstract:
Provided are: a composition which contains a fluorinated polymer having an aliphatic ring and can be formed into a film having excellent in-plane uniformity and small surface roughness with an electrospraying device; and a method for producing a substrate having a film coated thereon by using the composition.
A composition comprising a fluorinated polymer having an aliphatic ring and a solvent, said composition being characterized in that the solvent comprises at least one high-boiling-point solvent having a boiling point of 150ºC or higher and the specific dielectric constant of the solvent is 5 or more. A method for producing a substrate having a film coated thereon, comprising applying the composition onto a substrate with an electrospraying device to form a film containing the fluorinated polymer.
