Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition, containing T cells exhibiting an immunosuppressive effect, for preventing or treating immune-related diseases, and more specifically, relates to a composition for preventing or treating immune-related diseases, wherein the composition contains cells having immune phenotypes of CD3+, PD1+ and Tim3+. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily collect large quantities of cells having immune phenotypes of CD3+, PD1+ and Tim3+ having an immunosuppressive effect. Due to having an immunosuppressive effect, the cells are expected to be widely used as a therapeutic agent for immune-related diseases for immunosuppression.
