Abstract:
The present invention provides: a solution for forming an organic semiconductor layer, which exhibits excellent coatability; an organic semiconductor which is formed using this solution, and which has high heat resistance; a layer which contains this organic semiconductor; and an organic thin film transistor which exhibits high electrical properties. A composition which contains an organic semiconductor and a polymer (1) that has at least one unit selected from the group consisting of units of formula (1-a), formula (1-b) and formula (1-c). A composition which contains an organic semiconductor, the polymer (1) and an organic solvent is suitable for use as a solution for forming an organic semiconductor layer.
