Title:
COMPOSITION FOR DETECTING EPIZOOTIC ULCERATIVE SYNDROME AND METHOD FOR DETECTING EPIZOOTIC ULCERATIVE SYNDROME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/121335
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for detecting epizootic ulcerative syndrome and a method for detecting epizootic ulcerative syndrome and specifically to primer pairs for amplifying genes encoding a hypothetical protein of Aphanomyces invadans and/or internal transcribed spacer 1 (ITS1) thereof, a composition for detecting epizootic ulcerative syndrome comprising same, a detection kit therefor, and a method for detecting epizootic ulcerative syndrome using same.
