Abstract:
Provided is a composition capable of enhancing the effect of an antibody drug such as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. In the composition for enhancing the effect of an antibody drug, β-glucan is used as an active ingredient. This composition is suitably usable for an antibody drug that has a function effect of suppressing cancer proliferation via immune check point inhibition, for example, an antibody drug comprising a monoclonal antibody against PD-L1.
