Abstract:

Composition for EOR and method of its preparation, is on the basis of hydrocarbon and/or oil solutions of surfactants with extra low interfacial tension on the border oil-water and this property defines spontaneous creation of stable direct micro emulsions 'oil-in-water' and display oil-washing ability during injection. Acclaimed composition for EOR contains few ingredients, it is simple to prepare, it creates kinetically and aggregate stable 'oil-in-water' micro emulsion, has slow surfactant adsorption and good oil-washing ability, has positive commercial result of use. Composition contains 15-25 % mass of solvent-regulator for two purposes: to make previous dissolution of surfactant more effective; to provide necessary good colloid-disperse (similar to molecular) condition of asphaltene and gum oil ingredients, that leads to association surfactant molecules with polar oil ingredients and sufficent surfactant adsorption decrease, so the same volume of composition washes more oil from porous medium than usually.
