Abstract:
Provided is a composition used for forming a polymer layer on the surface of a metal substrate layer. The composition has a melting temperature of 200-320°C, contains a tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer having a carbonyl group-containing group, and has a transition metal content of more than 0.05 ppm and 1 ppm or less as measured by an ashing method.
