Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition for forming a coating film, the composition enabling easy separation of a coating film layer from a common plastic base material by a simple method. This composition for forming a separable coating film is used for forming a coating film, which can be separated by treatment with an alkali solution, directly on the surface of a base material A or with another layer interposed therebetween. This composition for forming a coating film contains a urethane resin that has a hydroxyl value and does not have an acid value. The hydroxyl value of the composition for forming a coating film is preferably 1.0 mgKOH/g to 30.0 mgKOH/g.
