Abstract:
This composition contains a hydrophilic resin, a basic polymer containing a nitrogen atom, an amino acid and an alkali metal compound. The alkali metal element contained in the alkali metal compound comprises at least one of rubidium and cesium. The ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms (NC mol) contained in the whole amino acid to the number of nitrogen atoms (NB mol) contained in the whole basic polymer, namely NC/NB is within the range of from 0.1 to 2 (inclusive).
