Abstract:
The present invention relates to various compounds capable of temporarily firmly hardening a soft tissue for suture surgery of the soft tissue. The compounds according to the present invention can temporarily increase the hardness or tensile strength of the soft tissue to improve the suturing efficiency during the suture procedure for the soft tissue, thereby preventing aftereffects or the like caused by anastomosis failure. In addition, the compounds according to the present invention can temporarily increase the hardness or tensile strength of a soft tissue, especially, pancreas, thereby increasing the suturing efficiency at the time of pancreaticoduodenectomy, thus effectively preventing pancreatic fistula.
