Abstract:
A whitening and anti-oxidation composition containing Bletilla striata (Thunb) Reichb. f. and Saururus chinensis (Lour.) Baill, and a skin care cream using the composition as an active ingredient. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.2%-2.0% of fibrous root extract of the Bletilla striata (Thunb) Reichb. f. and 0.2%-2.0% of root extract of the saururus chinensis (Lour.) Baill. The composition uses fibrous roots of the Bletilla striata (Thunb) Reichb. f. and rhizomes of the saururus chinensis (Lour.) Baill as raw materials; the fibrous roots and the rhizomes are non-traditional medicinal parts of the traditional Chinese medicines, the Bletilla striata (Thunb) Reichb. f. and the saururus chinensis (Lour.) Baill, so that the efficient and comprehensive utilization of medicinal resources can be improved. Using supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction and ultrasonic methods to extract stilbene type and lignan type functional components in this composition avoid high temperature treatment, thereby preventing the transformation of the functional components. The skin care cream prepared from the composition has remarkable anti-oxidation and melanogenesis inhibition effects, is mild and non-irritating, and has high skin safety.
